1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.

The Company reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, incomplete verification, or an ongoing account investigation. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Company is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

In all cases, the Company's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their b22bet account during the six-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. b22bet will notify you by email prior to applying any inactivity fee. An administrative inactivity fee of ৳100 per month (or the remaining balance if lower) may be deducted from dormant accounts following this notice period. Once an account balance reaches zero as a result of inactivity fees, the account will be automatically closed.

12. Account Closure and Termination

Upon receipt of a closure request, the Company will process any pending withdrawals of verified funds before closing the account. The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
